Unless you cancel your subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually). 5.2 Prohibited Activities

- Engage in any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent activities.
- Access or attempt to access another user’s account without permission.
- Disrupt, interfere with, or compromise the security of the Services.
- Share, resell, or distribute the content available through Highland Streaming without authorization.

You may also terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through your account settings. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of the current billing cycle.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Highland Streaming provides the Services “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Highland Streaming and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Highland Streaming, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
